How to Use

    Highly Recommend these BCAAs for Recovery

    I take these after a heavy workout to replenish my muscles and aid in recovery - so I feel less sore, less fatigued and less hungry. They taste good too :)

    Nice product

    This is a great post workout drink mix to keep you energized with a lot of essential vitamins and minerals. The taste is somewhat bland but you can still taste the hint of raspberry lemonade. The powder is easy to mix with water and you can add it to just about drink for a boost of energy. I used this daily and it's really effective compared to other workout drinks I've tried. The bottle is nice and big so great value. So overall it's a good drink . I highly recommend this product!

    Works good

    I like that it does what it says that it will do, it does boosts energy levels. I don't like that it doesn't give an amount of liquid that you should use. I also didn't really like how it tasted in water so I just put it in juice and it was fine.
