    I'm encouraged

    I take one capsule a day. I can't say it's helping because it hasn't been very long but I do appreciate I only need one a day versus some others that need to be taken several times a day. The capsule is easy to swallow. I'm going to keep taking it to see if it helps my hair look more healthy and see whatever else it might do for me.

    Absolutely necessary for diabetics

    My skin infections go away very quickly when I take this. It's been difficult for me to afford so I tried another product that doesn't work as well as this one.
