    I buy 3 at a time

    I take this with Hawtorne Supreme & Calm mg to control my high blood pressure. I'm always concerned about taking too many supplements. I experimented with taking BP Elite once instead of twice a day but noticed my bp slowly going up. I went back to twice a day.
