Our folate represents a breakthrough in folate supplementation with regard to activity, stability, and the high bioavailability when compared to folic acid. This formula provides folate in the L-Methyltetrahydrofolate Calcium form which is easily utilized and stored in the body. 5-MTHF is the most stable, bioavailable and active form of folate and is recommended for methylation, cellular health, and child bearing years/pregnancy.* It is a preferred form of folate for the support of homocysteine management, heart health and nerve function.*

    Life Changing!

    This little pill (I struggle taking pills) has changed my life! I take in the morning. I don't feel like I need a nap at 1pm, but I also don't feel stimulated at all (that would freak me out). When I get up in the morning, I don't need to ""warm up"" much anymore (almost 70% better, I mean I am almost 50 and have a very physical job, so I'll take 70% lol) I'm much calmer, like calm to the point where it's peaceful, like a peace I forgot I could have. I'm remembering to turn off my straightener. I'm much nicer, my anxiety it at a ZERO, that's unheard of for me (did I mention I'm a bartender and we are full of anxiety lol) I have one copy of the mtfr gene mutation and I take 1 mg (5 mtfr) .. I don't know this company, this is my first experience and bought it from a compounding pharmacy in my area) this isn't paid, commissioned in anyway and I NEVER write reviews (maybe I've been too stressed out lol) but I felt that if this review could help one person feel better, it's worth it. PS I am not as bloated in the evening .. I don't know the science behind that but I usually feel heavily bloated in the evening (I snack and graze all night at work) and I've changed no food or the intake amount lol .. my sister started this exact pill (she has 2 copies of the gene mutation) and she has the same positive reviews and she has some medical issues .. so try it, it's 30 bucks ♥️
