Liposomal L-Theanine is a great option for anyone who needs help relaxing and maintaining a peaceful state even during the most stressful of times.* The primary inclusion of the amino acid L-Theanine, balances brain chemicals, specifically by supporting inhibitory neurotransmitters, important for calm behavior.* L-Theanine also boosts levels of other calming amino acids such as dopamine, GABA, and tryptophan. L-Theanine is also great for helping you fall asleep more easily and stay asleep throughout the night.* The potential benefits of L-theanine were demonstrated in a study published in the Nutrient Journal in 2016 where the primary outcome measure, subjective stress response to a multitasking cognitive stressor, was significantly reduced one hour after administration of L-theanine treatment when compared to placebo.* The salivary cortisol response to the stressor was reduced three hours post-dose following active treatment. Research has also shown L-theanine to support Alpha brain activity (Asia Pac J Clin Nutr. 2008), which is said to play a vital role in enhanced brain functionality as well as mood support and behavior.*

How to Use

    Game changer for me!

    I was speaking with a friend about a month ago about how much I hated using Melatonin for sleep and was saying I would just like to try something like theanine and she told me about this product.

    I would continue to buy this product . Do so for 4 years .

    Very usefull. I wonder about your liquid/cream system, spray then quickly wash it down. Is it better to let mucus absorb liquid/cream?

    Works great!

    I have not slept well in years. Trouble falling asleep, walking in the night, anxiety about not sleeping. My doctor recommended the L-theanine and from the first night I used it, I went right to sleep, slept well through the night and woke up feeling rested. If I wake up at night I am able to go back to sleep easily. It's like a miracle to me. Every problem I have has gotten better now that I am sleeping.

    Theanine…still awake!

    I was recommended by a Da Vinci employee to switch to this over using their melatonin. So far, I haven't had a good nights sleep and end up using the old melatonin.
